What if my child is sick, can I cancel a lunch?

We are sorry your child isn’t feeling well!  Our cancellation policy is the same regardless of the reason.  We really have no way to cancel, change or add to your order once those dates have been processed.  If we could we would, but we have no way to do it. You are able to arrange to pick up your lunch at school during your child’s lunch period or can make someone’s day and gift the lunch to a special teacher or staff member.  You will need to contact school before the lunch hour and let them know to set the lunch aside if you will be picking it up

Are there any fees when I order online?

Yes there are is a payment processing fee added to your order when you pay online. $0.30 + 3% is charged every time a transaction is processed online using Visa, MasterCard, or INTERAC® Online. Typically these fees are paid by the merchant accepting payments. However, due to the low dollar value, and high volume of orders associated with School Fun Lunches it is not feasible for your school or the restaurant to cover these costs. You will NOT be charged any taxes (GST/HST) for your orders.

Do I need to set up a new account each year?

Once you have created an account you will always have the account unless you request for it to be removed from our system. With the start of the new school year you will need to re-register an account by adding your children to their new school, grade and classroom. It is very important to update your children’s grade and classroom information as this is how most schools organize and distribute their orders once they have been delivered to the school.

Each school creates their own ‘Fun lunch’ program.  Each order form is created by your school’s lunch coordinator or parent council.  They are responsible for selecting the vendor, menu options, pricing and dates.

There are a variety of vendors available with the program, however it is up to your school to decide on which vendors they would like to offer for fun lunches.
